職務內容

• 收入發票開立及收入報表對帳。
• 審核各項費用憑證並統整。
• 各項收入費用立帳及沖帳。
• 帳冊整理作業。
• 協助每月結帳作業,報表結算及相關報表準備。
• 協助各項稅務申報資料統整。
• 收款追蹤。
• 財會資料整理歸檔。
• 協助商務、營運團隊與客戶進行財務相關問題協商及問題解決。

基本能力需求

• 會計系及財務金融相關商學科系大學畢業含以上學歷。
• 能獨立思考財務會計帳務，擁有良好邏輯與分析能力，並思考處理解決問題方向。
• 擅長使用 MS Office (Word, Excel)或 Google Sheet, Google Doc 或 MacOS Page, Numbers。
• 具備中級以上的英文聽說讀寫能力，將會需要與團隊海內外夥伴溝通。
• 對財務金融領域充滿熱情，且能夠透過經驗和實例證明自己有很強的學習與解決問題的能力。
• 喜歡了解企業商務營運模式，樂於思考如何幫助公司成長和優化財務會計營運。
• 良好的溝通與傾聽技能，擁有團隊合作精神。

加分能力

• 半年以上企業會計或事務所相關實習或工作經驗，具總帳或稅務經驗。
• 財務會計相關執照或證照加分。
• 有與海外廠商聯繫及協商經驗尤佳。
