Job Intro
Join our team as a Marketing Specialist, where you will play a key role in executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive key metrics across the marketing funnel, including but not limited to traffic, registrations, leads, revenue, and social mentions. Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, combining both online and offline initiatives such as large-scale career fairs, brand projects, and cross-industry collaborations. Focus on driving targeted traffic, boosting user registrations, and increasing audience engagement through multi-channel strategies.
- Project Management & Resource Allocation:
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource distribution, ensuring seamless execution across all phases. Aim to maximize operational efficiency while achieving key campaign goals and measurable outcomes.
- Cross-functional & External Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) and external partners to build and strengthen brand partnerships. Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, initiate collaboration discussions, and explore co-marketing opportunities. Ensure consistent messaging and resource alignment throughout all campaign phases, from ideation to execution, to amplify campaign impact and optimize resource utilization.
- KOL & Influencer Activation:Proactively identify, negotiate, and manage KOL and influencer collaborations to elevate brand visibility and expand reach. Utilize performance tracking tools to optimize strategies, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments and partnerships.Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to track KPIs, develop insightful post-campaign reports, and provide actionable recommendations. Leverage insights to continuously optimize future marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- On-site Event Operations Support:
- Contribute to the development of on-site event strategies and venue planning, enhancing brand presence through immersive offline experiences and live activations that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in event marketing or O2O campaign execution.
- Proven project management skills in scheduling, resource integration, and meeting campaign objectives.
- Proficient in using Canva and capable of writing marketing copy tailored to the requirements of different platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to express ideas, solve problems, and align cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Experience in KOL/Account management or cross-industry collaborations, with a focus on multi-objective campaigns for B2B, B2C, or brand goals.
- Basic proficiency in English writing and communication.
Bonus Qualifications
- SEO content writing skills, with a focus on driving organic traffic and enhancing search visibility.
- Understanding of metric tracking and reporting, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed post-campaign reports.
- Fluency in English and experience in international communication.
