Job Intro

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Vietnam Marketing team. If you’re passionate about leveraging local insights to craft engaging content, driving performance through Meta ads, and building strong online communities, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on social media marketing (with a focus on Facebook and TikTok), and drive UGC & WOM strategies (mainly via Facebook groups & Threads). Therefore, skills in video editing, graphic design, content creation, and storytelling are required.

Salary

180,000,000 ~ 240,000,000 VND / year

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook and TikTok to drive brand awareness and 2C user growth.
• Launch and manage UGC/WOM campaigns to enhance organic reach and engagement, while contributing to 2C user acquisition or brand awareness goals.
• Collaborate with the Business Development & Product Development teams to ensure social media initiatives support key product and business metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation for social media.
• Proficiency in video editing and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut).
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to tailor content for local audiences.
• Strong language proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience developing UGC strategies and managing online communities.
• Background in fast-paced tech startups with a strong understanding of growth marketing.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and executing Meta ad campaigns.
