你對人有高度好奇心,也相信文化與人才品牌對組織發展有長遠影響力嗎?我們正在尋找一位夥伴加入 People Team 協助推動雇主品牌與員工體驗專案,強化我們作為頂尖人才首選的吸引力,同時也讓團隊成員在每個旅程節點都感受到關懷與連結。
在這個角色中,你將有機會參與雇主品牌策略制定、籌辦內外部活動、經營品牌內容與打造品牌形象,也會深入了解內部文化經營的細節,從員工旅程、文化活動到招募支援,打造從內到外一致且有溫度的人才體驗。
職務內容
- 雇主品牌與對外形象經營
- 協助規劃雇主品牌年度策略,提升 Cake 的雇主品牌能見度與文化形象
- 籌辦對外品牌活動,連結高潛力人才並建立品牌認知
- 與行銷團隊協作,經營具吸引力的品牌內容
- 員工體驗與文化活動
- 策劃並執行員工體驗專案與活動(如節慶慶祝、迎新歡送、員工日、表揚等)
- 協助進行團隊建立活動,推動文化落地
- 協助員工旅程 touchpoints,包括入職訓練、績效管理、轉調申請等
- 招募及其他人資專案支援
- 協助面試時程安排及人選接待
- 招募職缺推廣與曝光管道建議
- 支援年度校園招募活動與大型人才活動
基本能力需求
- 對人、組織與品牌經營有高度興趣,具備基礎內容企劃或活動執行經驗
- 具備良好的跨職能溝通能力,能與不同角色協作推進專案
- 做事細心、主動、責任感強,能處理多項任務並有效控管時程
- 擁有良好的中英文書寫能力,對簡報、社群或品牌內容產出有熱情
加分能力
- 熟悉快節奏的工作步調
- 熟悉 Google Workspace、Notion、Canva 等生產力及設計工具
- 熟悉 AI 工具,且能善用於流程優化
- 具備招募經驗
