Job Intro
As Cake expands across multiple 2C and 2B product lines—including Resume Builder, App, Recruitment Service, and Employer Branding Service—we’re looking for a Performance & Product Marketing Specialist to help drive growth and improve ROI across these funnels.
You’ll take ownership of marketing KPIs for specific product lines, collaborating with product, business, content, and design teams to launch, optimize, and scale full-funnel marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Salary
540,000 ~ 840,000 TWD / year
Responsibilities
🔹 Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Line Ads, and App Store. Consistently analyze and improve campaign performance (e.g. CPA, CTR, ROAS) by data monitoring.
- Collaborate with business teams to support client-side campaign execution and offer advertising strategy insights.
- Work with regional teams (e.g. Vietnam, Indonesia) to localize campaign strategies.
🔹 Product Marketing
- Oversee key product lifecycle stages and optimize user funnel performance.
- Design and execute cross-channel strategies using paid ads, email, in-product messaging, etc.
- Support go-to-market plans for new features and services.
- Collaborate closely with product, business, content, and design teams to align messaging and execution.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or product marketing.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel).
- Strong understanding of the AARRR funnel and ability to improve conversion at various stages.
- Familiar with SEO basics and how they impact traffic and campaign performance.
- Experience using Canva or similar tools for light creative editing.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in both B2B and B2C SaaS marketing.
- Familiar with user journey optimization and full-funnel growth strategies.
- Experience working on GTM strategies or international market localization.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
