Job Intro
We are looking for a Client Development Associate to support the RC team in driving business growth through lead generation and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is bold, proactive, and enthusiastic about building new relationships and closing deals. The perfect fit is someone who thrives in networking situations, enjoys meeting new people, and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to secure deals.
Requirement
- Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and inbound inquiries
- Qualify prospects and initiate conversations to understand their business needs
- Support the business development team in converting leads into long-term clients
- Maintain and update client databases and outreach activities
- Represent the company in events, meetings, and industry forums when needed
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate from a top-tier university or an overseas institution
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively

- Mandarin speaking and writing abilities
