Job Intro

We are looking for a Mid.–Sr. Product Designer to join our Product team and shape the end-to-end experience across Cake’s web and mobile platforms. You’ll be working on projects that directly impact millions of job seekers and employers worldwide—optimizing funnels like job application flows, building AI-driven recruiting and job searching tools, and scaling our design system. If you love solving complex UX challenges and want to see your designs make an impact, this role is for you.

Salary

NTD$ 700,000~1,400,000 / year

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for features and flows across web and mobile, and translate complex workflows into intuitive and delightful experiences.
• Partner with PMs and engineers in cross-functional squads to define problems, validate solutions, and ship impactful features.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Optimize acquisition and growth funnels, including SEO-driven pages and user activation flows.
• Deliver high-quality work on time, while incorporating user, business, and technical considerations.
• Explore and design AI-driven features that enhance user experience.

Minimum Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with work on user-facing software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with design systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with PMs and engineers to deliver impactful features.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.

Bonus Qualifications 

• Experience maintaining or scaling a large design system.
• Knowledge of frontend development principles and technical constraints.
• Experience writing UI copy that improves usability and clarity.
• Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or AI-driven product design.
• Global product design experience with multilingual or cross-market platforms.

Portfolio Requirements

We are looking for Product Designers who can showcase their expertise and experience through compelling case studies and demonstrate a thorough understanding of user-centric design principles. A portfolio with at least 1-2 product design case studies is required for the job application.

Your portfolio should not only demonstrate your technical skills but also your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and create impactful user experiences. We value designers who can articulate their design rationale and showcase a strong understanding of user needs and business objectives.
