COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company - CakeResume is recruiting on behalf of a (Health-tech) game-fi company revolutionizing disease prevention and management with its innovative health monitoring app. They are looking for a Global Head Of Mobile User Growth to join our team and lead global user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for their innovative mobile app.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a global strategy that aligns with our expansion goals to increase the mobile app user base.
• Utilize data insights to prioritize projects and optimize strategies aimed at enhancing user growth.
• Analyze user data and behaviors to identify opportunities for improving user acquisition, retention, and fostering client loyalty.
• Responsible for strategy planning and managing for the newly established Growth team, focusing on user acquisition, engagement strategies, content creation, and gamification functions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure growth initiatives are closely aligned with overarching business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in leading strategic growth efforts in mobile app marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sustainable user growth and boosting user engagement.
• Excellent English skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Expertise in data analysis and performance-driven marketing techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
