HEAD OF BUSINESS UNIT

COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company - CakeResume is recruiting on behalf of the leading company specializing in consumer marketing and operating multiple retail units in Vietnam.

JOB SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and outstanding spirit to join the company. The Business Unit Head will be responsible for leading and managing the business unit related to consumer goods, to achieve revenue and profitability targets, while ensuring operational excellence and delivering strong customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market share within the FMCG industry.

• Manage the P&L for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop innovative products and marketing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Monitor and report on business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for business optimization.

• Collaborate with senior management to align business unit goals with overall company objectives.

• Leading the sales team to reach the corporate goals and being an inspired leader.

• Become a reachable and efficient advisor and problem solve to reach out to in all confidence.

• Be hands on when required and support team during challenging times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of FMCG Route to market.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Be analytical, communicates effectively with people in team and outside of it as well
