Purpose Statement

Manage technical applications (Laboratory) in Inks, Printing technology on packaging products for Vietnam.

Main Accountabilities

• Implementation of technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements
• Supporting, consulting on technical, functional and business requirements.
• Ensure technical service to all customers within available resources.
• Manage and ensures the implementation of test runs of existing product for new customers.
• Working with functional and resource managers to acquire needed resources.
• Leading technical projects to overall success.
• Developing detailed project plans including resource plans.
• To liaise with Managers of Application technology to ensure day – to – day running laboratory
• To liaise with Country Manager searching for laboratory equipment to ensure quality systems fulfills customer requirements.
• Support the capital expenditure projects (technical) to meet the demands of our client in Vietnam growing activities.
• Implement the strategy of the BU in Vietnam.
• Report to the Head of Technology FP BU, SEA on progress on strategy implementation.
• Ensure that problems and ideas are discussed and solved in the most efficient manner.
• Ensure that resources deployed are efficiently and effectively used to deliver with the minimum of unnecessary duplication.
• Ensure that technical developments elsewhere are efficiently integrated into Vietnam.

Qualification

• University degree (technology)
• 5-10 years’ experience in industrial sector (Laboratory technology)
• Vietnam domestic experience
