
SALES MANAGER – TEXTILE (Woven, Non-denim)
COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company – Cake Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our valued client - a leading manufacturer of fabrics and garments, is expanding their footprint in various countries and looking for result-driven Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
MARKET: Work remote at Vietnam, Russia (Moscow), Japan, Hong Kong
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the textile industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience working in the textile or garment industry with a successful track record with Woven, Non-denim fabrics.
• Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and products.
• Have strong relationship with garment factories / buying houses / traders who are dealing with US/ EU / RU brand, as well as have connections with local brands.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the textile market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer information to make strategic business decisions.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
