Electrical Maintenance Lead

COMPANY PROFILE: Cake Global, an executive recruitment specialist, is hiring on behalf of a leading international footwear manufacturer.

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead to oversee all machine maintenance activities in our client’s factory. This role involves ensuring equipment reliability, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical maintenance, and automation, focusing on safety and compliance.

Location: Long An

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are fully executed, including AM and PM maintenance by production and maintenance staff.
• Prepare machines according to production demands and model changes, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead efforts to improve equipment safety, quality, efficiency, and energy usage.
• Adhere to safety regulations and foster a safety culture within the team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage and develop maintenance staff, creating training plans for all levels.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure stable and safe equipment operation, handle related issues, and track departmental progress.
• Oversee the management of parts, equipment, and energy consumption to maximize value and ensure environmental protection.
• Monitor and review reports to enhance work processes and ensure continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Technology.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical maintenance or sewing machine repair.
• 1-3 years in maintenance management.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, servo and inverter installation, and HMI.
• Experience with sensor and instrument devices, valves, cylinders, and motors.
• Preferred experience in electrical design for automation machines and heavy industry electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
