R&D Director (Textile, Garment, Fabric)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Oversee the development and innovation of textile and apparel products.

● Implement strategies for new material creation and commercialization.

● Manage research projects and align with market trends.

● Collaborate internationally on R&D initiatives.

● Prepare reports and publish findings.

● Provide technical support to clients and partners.

● Supervise research teams and manage laboratories.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or a related field (Ph.D degree)
2. Over 20 years of relevant experience
3. More than 10 years of experience in laboratories or textile manufacturing
4. Deep understanding of textile and material science
5. Proven experience in research and development project management
6. Strong data analysis and experimental design skills
7. Leadership and teamwork capabilities
8. Problem-solving and innovative thinking
9. Experience in global R&D projects
10. Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2015
11. Experience in collaborating with multinational teams
12. Proficiency in English
