Associate Consultant - Relocate to Hong Kong

Cake – a professional headhunting firm in Asia, we are supporting an international global primary research provider for the financial services industry, to hire talented consultants in Thailand to relocate to Hongkong as a fulltime employee.

Associate, Consultant will play a key part in collaborating with top-tier private equity funds, serving as a pivotal resource for connecting relevant experts and content essential throughout their investment cycles. Your primary responsibility involves identifying and recommending pertinent information to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions. This role demands a unique blend of commercial acumen to achieve remarkable outcomes for both clients and experts, fostering professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate adept problem-solving skills by breaking down industries swiftly upon client inquiries, recommending relevant resources and expert connections for their research needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and customize offerings to deliver maximum value. Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to promote our suite of products to investors and facilitate expert-client interactions effectively.
• Strategize revenue growth by comprehending profit drivers and collaborating with the team to execute tailored account strategies. Proactively engage with new prospects to establish relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to enhance productivity and innovate business practices. Propose alternative solutions to streamline processes and collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
