RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ASSOCIATE – CHINESE SPEAKING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and engage top talent for clients through various sourcing channels.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth process.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Provide feedback and updates to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

• Meet recruitment and performance targets set by management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for advices and long-term success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience engaging with professionals across the APAC region, with 0-3 years in managing client and candidate relationships.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results for professional clients.

• Capable of working independently, with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
