INTEGRATION LEAD

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Hybrid (3 days WFH and 2 days in office)

Cake - a Professional Recruitment Consulting Firm in Asia, is supporting an international digital bank in hiring a talented Integration Lead.

Our client is looking for an experienced Integration Lead to lead, mentor members, and oversee the design and integration of banking systems. This role requires expertise in API management platforms and best practices for API development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a small team of integration specialists, ensuring project delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Design and develop APIs using WSO2, MuleSoft, or Kong; guide version control, deployments, and monitoring.
• Implement OAuth2 using Identity/SSO tools and manage API security.
• Use Swagger and API Developer Toolkit for API design and modeling.
• Install and configure various API product features and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years of IT integration experience, and 2+ years in a lead role
• Proven experience with AWS services and their application in integration scenarios.
• Proven experience with WSO2, MuleSoft, and Kong for API design and development.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2 implementations and API security.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java or Python) and Agile project management.
• Solid experience in leading and managing a small team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Actively support team members’ growth through guidance and feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude toward learning, and a curious mindset.
• Effective communication skills to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
• English and Vietnamese are both compulsory.
