JAPANESE-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company – Cake Global is recruiting on behalf of a multi-disciplinary medical provider. We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our Japanese patients and manage the Japanese hotline with professionalism and care.
Location: Relocate to Viet Nam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming and assisting Japanese patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Handling patient documentation, including ID verification, insurance details, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Managing cashier tasks and preparing information for billing and payment purposes.
- Ensuring Japanese patients have all necessary documentation, reports, and medication before leaving the clinic.
- Supporting medical evacuations when required and assisting patients with bookings outside Family Medical Practice.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A diploma or equivalent degree, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in foreign service companies or the healthcare/service industry.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A caring and empathetic attitude, with a commitment to delivering the best possible results.
- A positive outlook, ability to multitask, and a professional appearance.
