Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients from various businesses to develop B2B partnerships and long-term contracts.
- Present and sell event offers to business accounts, tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate promotion programs and packages based on client requirements to drive mutual value.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with a background in Event Sales within restaurants or conference centers.
- A "hunter" mentality, with a drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Strong ability to manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and customize promotions to meet business clients’ needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, youthful, and energetic restaurant environment.
