They are seeking an experienced business leader mastering sales sectors of the E-commerce industry to drive go-to-market strategy and pinpoint business opportunities to nurture the SEA marketplace of the company.

Job Responsibilities

Identify market opportunities with potential target businesses in SEA to formulate and manage commercial strategies for go-to-market growth to expand the business’ customer base while managing existing accounts.

  • Lead the sales team along with managing the synergy with the technology team, professionals, and operational staff to innovate the infrastructure for the high-quality and profitable service delivery of the platform.
  • Manage the recruitment of top talents and train a high-performing team to achieve the goals and objectives of the department.
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets in alignment with company directives to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the newly developed team.
  • Report financial and operational targets and performance to ensure the alignment with overall strategic growth plans of the business

Job Requirements

  • High experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the multinational e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market campaign management and leading large international business organizations.
  • Experience in people management with skills in recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cultural sensitivity to new markets and multi-national clients.
  • Mindsets of start-up entrepreneur and result-driving with a strong commitment to business’s success.
