
HEAD OF HR
Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Head of HR to collaborate closely with Business Unit in crafting, implementing, and advancing a data-driven people strategy that supports the Group's business objectives.
A Head of HR will bring the HR expertise and leverage data insights to shape strategies that meet business needs and drive impactful changes in how work is accomplished. As a key member of the management team, you will maintain a strong focus on innovation, ownership, and enhancing the employee and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a People Strategy aligned with the company’s Balanced Scorecard to achieve the Group's business objectives.
- Design and implement a comprehensive People Operations framework encompassing culture, processes, and policies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Group.
- Provide counsel to senior executive, and other employees on staffing, performance management, and labor legislation to support informed decision-making.
- Foster a motivating and inclusive culture within the HR Department, building a collaborative workplace.
- Recruit, develop, and retain HR team members to deliver comprehensive, effective HR support.
- Control the HR Department’s profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial accountability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree and above
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a Tech-based company
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, people operations, and consulting at a senior level, ideally within a data-driven or tech-focused organization.
- Strong track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams and driving organizational culture initiatives.
- Excellent business acumen with the strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with company objectives
