Associate Consultant in the Consulting and Expert Networking Sector

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Relocation Required (Housing Allowance Provided)

(Initially, during the probation period, you will work in Ho Chi Minh City, followed by a transition to your home country post-probation.)

Cake Global is a leading headhunting firm operating across Asia. We are currently collaborating with an international expert matching company to recruit skilled consultants from Thailand for relocation to Ho Chi Minh City in full-time roles.

ROLE SUMMARY

As an Associate Consultant, you will proactively identify, engage, and recruit qualified experts to participate in client projects. This position demands strong analytical and communication abilities, and your primary objective will be to deliver valuable insights to clients through expert interviews and extensive research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements for projects and pinpoint potential expert profiles.
• Utilize the company’s extensive network and diverse platforms (such as LinkedIn and other recruitment sites) to connect with the most relevant experts for each assignment.
• Reach out to experts through various channels (including phone, email, and LinkedIn) to evaluate their applicable experience and knowledge prior to introducing them to our clients.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and experts, ensuring efficient and productive engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Language Proficiency: Thai and English.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in Recruitment, Business Development, Research, or a related area.
• A growth-oriented mindset, demonstrating a consistent desire for personal and professional development.
• Strong strategic prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest standard for our professional service clients.
• Self-sufficiency and ownership of projects, showcasing strong independence and accountability.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem-solving, business analysis, and research proficiency.
