National Sales Manager (Textile - Spinning)

COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company - Cake Global Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our clients in the Garment Textile industry.

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the achievement of sales targets in designated markets, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
• Develop customer-specific targets for each agent at the start of the year, in collaboration with senior management and the agents.
• Support agents in devising strategies, providing technical guidance, and fostering customer relationships to enhance sales within the existing customer base.
• Aid agents in penetrating new accounts by developing strategies, delivering company presentations, facilitating product trials, and establishing strong connections with potential customers.
• Conduct ongoing performance assessments of agents on a customer basis, evaluating outcomes monthly and quarterly. Provide strategic advice to ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities within the market, delivering insights and updates to the management team.
• Oversee product performance, recommending improvements or adjustments to the factory as necessary to maintain the company’s reputation for high-quality solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on Textile Spinning. Candidates from other fields can also apply if they have relevant experience in production or maintenance within a spinning factory.
• Professional Experience: A total of 8-10 years of experience is required, including 2-5 years in sales or service roles related to textile spinning machinery and/or accessories. The candidate should be motivated, sharp, and have a solid record of success in previous positions.
• Language Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Mandarin.
