Management Consulting Analyst (Consulting firm background)

Cake is an international recruitment company. Currently, we are recruiting on behalf of a newly entered management consulting firm. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking an ideal candidate for the Management Consulting Analyst position. The job is remotely working and based in Vietnam. 

Location: Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) – Work Remotely

JOB SUMMARY:

The dedicated Management Consulting Analyst will be a part of an award-winning management consulting firm from ANZ, and you will be getting regular development catch ups and hands-on coaching so that you know how you’re going and participate in international projects across diverse sectors, collaborating closely with global colleagues to ensure consulting projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards as per commitments..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a "buddy" to a Senior Associate, collaborating closely on all of their clients' projects.
• Overseeing the timely and effective completion of the tasks assigned to you, such as creating presentations, implementing technology, cleaning and analyzing data, and cleaning and organizing data.
• With the assistance of a very competent team, compiling information, producing insights, conducting interviews, creating strategies, and presenting plans to senior client executives, including C-suite executives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a management consulting capacity, consulting firm (Big4 or Consulting firm) or in-house strategy/operations.
• Outstanding proficiency with Excel and the capacity to effectively clean data using Excel or PowerBI.
• An exception is proficiency with PowerPoint and the capacity to integrate data and produce a scholarly presentation.
• Vietnamese and English are main requirement for this position.
• Proven track record of growing a team or organization through the implementation of solutions and the effective management of client expectations.
