CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE – NIGHT SHIFT

JOB SUMMARY: Finding the best specialists to advise on our client's projects is a critical responsibility of the Client Services Associate (Expert Matching Team). Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to find qualified experts and use innovative sourcing techniques, are necessary for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding the Project and Identifying the Best Expert Profile
• Using the primary subjects and client attributes, get a comprehensive grasp of the client's project requirements.
• Determine which expert profile best suits the project's essential criteria, such as the target firms, industry emphasis, seniority level, relevant departments, and specialized knowledge.
Finding Skilled Candidates (Primary Focus)
• Find the best expert profiles on various platforms and invite them to provide clients with advice on specific topics by contacting them via networking platforms, email, phone numbers, etc.
• Before matching them with our clients, we screen and examine qualified individuals to evaluate their experience and level of skill.
• Organize client-expert interview scheduling and cultivate expert contacts for upcoming partnerships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2-3 years of work experience in customer care, sales, hiring, or similar roles
• Speaking and writing English fluently
• Extra language proficiency is advantageous
