COMPANY PROFILE: Executive recruitment specialist company – Cake Global is recruiting on behalf of a technology solutions group seeking a CEO to lead their E-commerce Solutions vertical business unit and drive long-term growth and success in the digital commerce sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead collaboration among technology, marketing, sales, and research teams to enhance business performance and deliver high-value insights for brands.
- Drive commercial and innovative initiatives that support client success in digital commerce.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies while overseeing the business's P&L and strategic roadmap.
- Opportunities for progression to senior leadership positions within the organization.
- Report directly to the Group CEO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
o 5+ years in a senior-level Business Development or equivalent role.
o Strong experience in market research or e-commerce operations.
o Proven track record in managing teams and achieving business growth.
