CLIENT PROJECT LEAD – A GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM (OPEN FOR EXPAT)

JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Project Lead plays a pivotal role in managing strategic projects for consulting firms and investment funds across Asia. This position requires the candidate to work night shifts in Vietnam during the initial 3-month probation period (relocation package provided), with the potential for hybrid or fully remote work thereafter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expanding the Client Base

  • Actively engage with clients from the corporate database and collaborate with the sales team to nurture relationships.

Delivering Professional Matching Services

  • Identify client needs in the consulting and investment sectors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of client projects, including follow-ups, expert scheduling, profit and loss oversight, project scope adjustments, and onboarding of new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with clients' unique requirements and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate across time zones to ensure seamless transitions and handovers of client requests.

Team Leadership and Corporate Responsibilities

  • Drive project excellence and foster a results-oriented culture to meet organizational goals.
  • Inspire and guide project teams to exceed objectives with motivational leadership.
  • Conduct regular team discussions and daily check-ins to encourage growth and team cohesion.
  • Provide constructive feedback to promote individual and team excellence.
  • Actively contribute to a positive work environment, uphold company values, and support overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–5 years in expert network, consulting, or investment-related industries.
  • Experience in client relationship management or business development.
  • Strong networking skills and collaboration with sales teams to grow client accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage client projects, including scheduling and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with experience working across time zones for seamless project delivery.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating project teams.
  • Skilled in fostering team growth through feedback and discussions.
