JOB SUMMARY

The Project Delivery Associate plays a key role in managing expert matching projects for consulting firms and investment funds across Asia. The position is based in Hong Kong and requires fluency in Vietnamese to effectively engage with clients and experts across the region. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and opportunities to develop transferable skills in project management and client service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Expert Recruitment and Engagement

• Identify and recruit highly specialized professionals to match client needs within tight deadlines.
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends, project contexts, and regulatory environments.
• Build and manage relationships with both clients and experts to ensure seamless communication.

Project Management and Delivery

• Manage all aspects of client projects, including scheduling, compliance, and quality control.
• Ensure alignment with project scope while addressing adjustments and client requirements.
• Take ownership of multiple workstreams, maintaining precision and efficiency in execution.

Collaboration and Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across time zones to meet project goals.
• Ensure effective handovers and follow-ups, contributing to consistent client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Expert Recruitment and Engagement

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (C2 level) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Relevant experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles.

Project Management and Delivery

• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to ensure compliance and adaptability to dynamic client requirements.
