JOB SUMMARY
The Project Delivery Associate will support expert matching initiatives for consulting firms and investment groups in Asia. This Hong Kong-based role requires fluency in Tagalog to build connections with regional stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert Sourcing and Engagement
- Identify suitable professionals to match client needs, ensuring quality and timeliness in delivery.
- Build strong relationships with experts to understand their expertise and fit for projects.
- Maintain awareness of market dynamics and project-specific requirements.
Project Coordination
- Oversee the lifecycle of client projects, including scheduling and alignment with deadlines.
- Adapt project scope and deliverables based on evolving client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with colleagues across global offices to manage multi-time-zone projects effectively.
- Coordinate communications between experts, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Expert Sourcing and Engagement
- Proficiency in Tagalog and English (C2 level) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish trust and build relationships.
- Prior experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles is a plus.
Project Coordination
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience managing deadlines and adapting to changing client needs.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Experience working with international teams and managing cross-border communication.
- Effective at fostering cooperation and ensuring alignment in multi-stakeholder projects.
