
Sales Director – Knit Garments (Korean Speaking)

From fabric production to finished garments, they manage the entire supply chain, ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability. With a strong focus on exporting to major markets such as the USA and Europe, they serve a diverse clientele, including well-known global brands.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance team performance in the USA and EU markets.
- Explore and secure new market opportunities and customer relationships.
Merchandising Management:
- Oversee planning and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with buyers to align their demands with factory capacities and secure orders.
Order and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage the end-to-end order process to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor just-in-time inventory movements and address supply-demand trends.
Vendor and Buyer Relations:
- Evaluate and improve supplier/vendor performance to maximize efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to align with the company’s business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and buyer engagement.
Other Duties:
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Market Focus: Direct sales management for the USA and EU markets
- Product Expertise: Knit garments
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of approximately 20 members
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, garment, foreign trade, or a related field
- Experience: At least 12 years of experience in garment sales, specifically in knitwear
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the garment industry, factory operations, and merchandising processes
- Market Familiarity: Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese garment market and customer trends
- Skills:
- Team management and leadership
- Strong communication in English
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
