JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of exceptional digital experiences in healthcare. Partnering closely with the founders, product managers, and engineers, you will drive the design vision, enhance user engagement, and deliver intuitive solutions tailored to the unique needs of healthcare users. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a platform with a growing global footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with stakeholders to align on the product vision, goals, and user experience strategies.
• Design and iterate on user-centric interfaces for mobile applications, addressing complex workflows in healthcare.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into the behaviors and needs of healthcare users.
• Develop and present user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to guide the product development process.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
• Refine and evolve UI/UX based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices to inform your work.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven portfolio showcasing innovative mobile app designs (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with additional design tools like Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and their application in design.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with solid visual design, illustration, and color theory knowledge.
• Openness to feedback, adaptability to change, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Bonus: Experience in 2D animation, 3D graphics, or software product management.
