Product Consultant
Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Will not consider non-US based candidates.
Callibrity is a developer owned and managed custom software development consulting company that is dedicated to creating quality software using modern technologies and adding unquestionable business value to companies across multiple industries and verticals. We are problem solvers...people who like a challenge and enjoy working with modern tech stacks. We offer an incredibly collaborative culture and enjoy solving complex problems with our clients.
You're not afraid of ambiguity, and you believe the best outcomes come from shared understanding and clarity up front. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and think strategically, even when you're deep in the details.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, prioritize needs, and establish product direction
- Lead or support user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and field research
- Help our clients gain clarity and confidence in their product decisions so they can advocate for their product internally and guide it forward effectively
- Regularly present work to stakeholders, collect feedback, and iterate
- Document findings and translate them into actionable insights and concepts
- Create user flows, product flows, wireframes, and click-through prototypes to visualize the solution and guide development
- Define, prioritize, and write product requirements and tickets with clear context and rationale
- Collaborate with development throughout the build process to ensure feasibility, clarity, and alignment
- Identify friction points in interaction, experience, or process, and recommend improvements
- Work with the Product Practice Director to evolve our approach to product foundations (Discovery), definition, and alignment, and to share best practices and continuous improvements across teams
- Lead engagements, mentor other consultants, and contribute to team and departmental direction
- Champion the Product Practice internally and externally, advocating for product thinking across teams and helping clients understand the value of discovery, definition, and alignment
- Identify opportunities for continued or expanded engagement, including future product phases or adjacent needs, and route these to the Product Practice Director for collaboration and planning
- You build trust with clients
- You uncover underlying problems, not just stated requests, demonstrating the value of holistic product consulting
- You help teams move from ambiguity to action
- You create alignment across business, technical, and user perspectives
- You help development estimate and execute work with clarity
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product consulting, UX design, product strategy, or similar. Senior-level candidates typically bring ~10 years of experience.
- Experience with digital products (web, mobile, and/or SaaS)

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing presence
