RevOps Systems Specialist

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

The Position

CallRail is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the administration, optimization, and expansion of our revenue operations systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes across Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Revenue Operations Managers and System Administrators to enhance workflows, maintain data integrity, and support end-users.

What You'll Do 

  • Support Business Systems & Processes – Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine and enhance business processes through effective system design, implementation, and management.
  • Ensure Data Integrity – Conduct regular audits to uphold data accuracy, compliance, and hygiene across all revenue systems.
  • Optimize Cross-Functional Workflows – Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Create & Maintain Documentation – Develop training materials, process guides, and system documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and system adoption.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up to date with new system features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve processes and system efficiency.
  • Analyze & Report on System Utilization – Monitor usage trends, generate insights, and recommend process enhancements to drive system adoption and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot & Support Users – Assist in diagnosing system issues and collaborate with system administrators to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Participate in System Implementations – Support new system deployments, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and issue resolution.

 

What You'll Need

  • Passionate about Process & Systems Optimization – You have experience or a strong interest in designing and refining business processes.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration – You thrive in cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly Adaptable & Problem-Solving Oriented – You excel in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating change.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented – You take ownership of your work and ensure accuracy in execution.
  • Technical Exposure & Familiarity – Experience or willingness to learn key systems within our tech stack, including: Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, Zendesk, Five9, and Calendly.
  • Emotional Intelligence & Interpersonal Skills – You navigate team dynamics effectively and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Bonus Points for: Experience in high-velocity, transactional business models or hands-on experience with RevOps system configurations.

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
