Revenue Operations Specialist
The Position
As a Revenue Operations Specialist you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of account data, serving as the first point of contact for Revenue Team reports in Salesforce and Looker, and managing RevOps operational AI tools and customer-facing BOTs.
You will also play a key role in ensuring that the Revenue team has accurate data for operational reporting, that our AI operational tools are maintained and provide key visibility through data reporting for revenue operations.
You will be a member of the Revenue Operations, Sales Operations team, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support departments to ensure day-to-day operations are successful.
What You'll Do
- Review Account data accuracy and perform basic functions for maintaining proper account structures and data completeness.
- Manage our the use of the Revenue Operations AI tools to include updating prompts, reviewing reporting, providing feedback and key learning about our customers, the tool and functionality
- Conduct database and internet research to enrich account records as necessary to aid in Marketing, Sales and CX actions.
- Provide regular visibility reporting regarding data accuracy, updates and operational activities across the Revenue Team
- Act as a back up for other operational functions such as lead routing and campaign execution functions.
- Conduct recurring audits of CRM and marketing automation platforms to identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and outdated information.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for some revenue operations processes, including data entry guidelines, lead routing logic, and system configurations.
- Support any of the Revenue team initiatives as requested by management

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
