- Leverage Data & Creativity: Use user insights, behavioral analytics, and market trends to inform and validate design decisions.
- Drive Collaboration & Influence: Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX with business goals. Facilitate design thinking workshops and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

- 4+ years of UX/Product Design experience in SaaS or AI-driven products.
- A passion for user research, data synthesis, and leveraging analytics to drive decisions.
- Proven success leading UX initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Figma (or similar tools), usability testing, and interaction design.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills—you can articulate and advocate for your ideas across all levels.
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and innovation thrives.
Our current group of product designers work on cross-functional delivery teams and come together for design collaboration and open peer feedback.
