Inside Sales Representative
The Position
CallRail is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our high-performing Small Business (SMB) sales team. As a key driver of growth, you'll help small businesses discover how CallRail's solutions can support their success while contributing to the continued expansion of our customer base.
In this role, you'll engage exclusively with warm inbound leads—SMB prospects who have expressed interest in CallRail or started a free trial. Your success will come from building strong relationships, delivering a seamless buying experience, and converting interested prospects into long-term customers.
What You'll Do
- You will conduct product demos for SMB prospects and convert them to free trials
- Implement net new leads with CallRail’s suite of products and convert them to customers
- Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back to our solutions
- Research and understand various lines of business and personas
- Sell on Value and Return on Investment vs. technical functionality
What You'll Need
- Proven track record of exceeding quota as an Account Executive or SDR
- 1 year of software sales experience as an Account Executive or SDR; strong preference for marketing technology sales
- Experience with high volume SMB sales is a huge plus
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management
- Experience with Outreach is a plus
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com and Google Suite
- Can work as part of a team and/or independently
- Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS strongly preferred
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
