The Position

CallRail is looking for a Web Producer. At CallRail, our website is at the heart of our customer experience and business growth, and we are looking to add a driven, detail-oriented Web Producer to our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Website Strategy, this position will be responsible for managing daily website updates and supporting accessibility, performance, and site troubleshooting efforts. This role requires a CMS expert with working knowledge of web best practices around accessibility, analytics, and UX. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on publishing work and has a passion for building, growing, and optimizing a best-in-class website.

 

What You'll Do 

  • Create, maintain, and update website content using a CMS; serve as the primary point of contact for content changes
  • Perform regular content QA to catch issues before and after publishing
  • Partner closely with our UX Designer to translate Figma designs into new pages
  • Partner with Engineering to set up and execute A/B tests within the CMS
  • Implement approved pricing and parameter changes within the CMS
  • Handle minor coding and troubleshooting for page-level issues
  • Lead web accessibility efforts, including audits, compliance, and remediation
  • Monitor page-level performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders, Design, Product, and Engineering
  • Perform regular full website QA and maintenance to ensure our site is functioning properly at all times

 

What You'll Need

  • Relevant experience in web production, working in a CMS (Builder.io)
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Figma and experience translating designs into working pages
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and remediation practices
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience running or supporting A/B tests
  • Knowledge of web best practices
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline day-to-day production work
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*** This position is based out of our Atlanta office. Through December 2026, employees are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
