You will investigate technical issues, help identify root causes, and communicate updates and timelines back to partners, helping bridge product needs with engineering solutions. You will also collaborate with the Data team to ensure all reporting and analytics requirements are met to support partner requirements as well as internal decision-making.

Travel may be involved. You will report to the Head of Partner Success and work cross-functionally with other Calm teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, CX…).
