Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate assists the marketing team with events, sponsorships, and content generation to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness. This position will work under the guidance and direction of the marketing manager and closely with other marketing team members on various projects to support the firm's overall marketing strategy and initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media Management: Manage Calvetti Ferguson's social media channels by creating, scheduling, and analyzing engaging posts, including graphics, videos, and interactive content. 
  • Swag Store and Promotional Items: Oversee the swag store and promotional item requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and maintaining an up-to-date online gifting platform. 
  • Event Planning: Assist marketing team members in planning and executing various events, such as cocktail receptions, in-office happy hours, conferences, webinars, and sponsored events. 
  • Content Creation: Create client proposals, thought leadership content, and marketing collateral (blog posts, brochures, case studies, website pages, emails, videos, and press releases) that align with the company's marketing strategy and target audience. 
  • Sponsorship Management: Manage San Antonio and Austin firm sponsorships by communicating with and registering employees for upcoming sponsored events, coordinating calendar invites, and ensuring maximum return on investment. 
  • Marketing Automation: Create HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and lists to support marketing efforts and streamline lead generation processes. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Professional marketing experience. 
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is strongly preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot, Salesforce, and video editing applications.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, pivot, and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Self-starter who can work independently but can also collaborate effectively as a team. 
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to evolving industry and market trends. 
  • Concise cross-functional communication skills to interact with all leadership levels across service lines. 
  • Ability to project manage multiple complex marketing campaigns. 
  • Desire to succeed and a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation. 
  • Ability to travel within the USA and occasionally work after hours for events, meetings, and conferences.
