Summary:
The Senior Product Manager brings the voice of the physician and patient into product and evidence pipeline development. This position partners with Marketing Leadership and cross-functional groups to develop and commercialize products and clinical solutions that continuously improve the physician and patient experience. This position requires creative problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to be strategically agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on, in-office, role based in our Pleasanton, CA, office.
In This Role, You Will:
Product Pipeline
- Identify and prioritize new product and procedure opportunities grounded in market dynamics, clinical practice trends, and customer insights.
- Serve as the upstream marketing lead on product development teams, driving product, market, and brand strategy from concept through commercialization.
- Leverage best-in-class qualitative and quantitative research to embed the voice of the customer into every stage of the development process
New Product Development & Launch
- Design and lead early user evaluations to generate actionable insights, validate product-market fit, and de-risk commercialization for new products and procedural innovations.
- Drive cross-functional readiness for commercial launch, aligning key stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Finance, Professional Education, Sales, and Marketing to ensure coordinated execution and market success.
- Own the transition from product development to commercial scale, partnering closely with Commercial Marketing to ensure continuity in messaging, positioning, and strategic focus post-launch.
Product Management
- Serve as product champion and marketing contact by providing technical information and support for the Sales team on the CVAC System (including ancillaries) and its competition.
- Partner with finance in developing market analytics that enable business decision making
- Lead the development and refinement of customer-facing materials, including technical documentation, clinical training content, and sales enablement tools, ensuring consistent and compelling communication of product value across all channels.

Who You Will Report To:
- Director, Product Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of related work experience in Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and/or Project Management, with at least 5 years in the medical device industry.
- Experience with innovative Class II or Class III medical devices a plus.
- Creative problem solving, including excellent analytical skills and the ability to take on complex, ambiguous problems by breaking them into smaller components and finding solutions.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive towards goals in a fast-growing, start-up environment.
- Self-motivated and excellent project and time management skills with a passion for learning and making an impact.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner and effectively communicate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated “Field Focused” style through co-traveling with reps, attending and participating in training workshops, etc.
- Ability to travel ~30% of time
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.

- A competitive base salary of $160,000 - $190,000 and variable incentive plan
