What is the Role?
CAMP is seeking a Revenue Operations & Labor Strategy Analyst to own and optimize both our ticketing operations and labor analytics across 9+ retail and experience-driven locations. This role reflects the tight linkage between labor costs and our ticketing business, two critical levers for profitability and guest experience.
You’ll be responsible for the full ticketing lifecycle, including setting pricing strategy, overseeing event setup, and partnering cross-functionally to enhance conversion, revenue, and customer experience. You’ll also manage labor data, labor reporting, and workforce cost analysis to ensure our staffing investments are aligned with our revenue-generating activities.
This is a highly operational, data-driven position ideal for someone with a background in ticketing/event analytics and labor operations, preferably within live entertainment, hospitality & attractions, or multi-location retail.
Salaried Range: The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience level.

What will you do at CAMP?
Ticketing Strategy & Management
- Manage ticket setup, pricing, inventory, and customer flow across all CAMP locations and experiences
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize conversion and maximize revenue
- Own the backend ticketing system built on Shopify, partnering with Product and Tech to ensure platform reliability and enhancements
- Oversee day-to-day ticket operations—including event builds, capacity management, blackout dates, and hold inventories
Labor Spend Analytics
- Partner with Finance and HR to monitor and forecast labor spend across locations, aligning staffing levels with ticketed demand.
- Maintain labor datasets and reporting workflows; identify and investigate labor variances, overtime trends, and cost inefficiencies.
- Support weekly labor processing in coordination with HR.Audit weekly timecards for accuracy and escalate discrepancies before payroll processing
- Analyze labor as a % of revenue and create dashboards that connect guest throughput with staffing ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Growth team on conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimization across channels (email, paid, organic, affiliate)
- Liaise with Store Leadership to align workforce planning with show schedules and forecasted traffic.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to build and support co-branded ticketing experiences, from pre-sale to post-event reporting
- Work with Retail, Creative, and Studio to integrate ticketing into larger brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and IP activations
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs like sell-through, conversion rate, drop-off, and average ticket price
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership and location teams
- Use insights to test, iterate, and refine pricing, packaging, and customer flow strategies
What is required?
- 5–8 years of experience in a role spanning ticketing/events and financial operations (labor, FP&A, or workforce analytics).
- Experience with Shopify or similar ticketing platforms; familiarity with event setup workflows.
- Knowledge of labor systems and time-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills; able to build models and dashboards from scratch.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across technical, creative, and operational teams.
- Passion for family entertainment, live experiences, and optimizing how people work and play.
- Bonus:
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.)
- Understanding of labor law basics, tax implications, and state-by-state compliance nuances (especially in multi-state operations).
