About the Role:
- We’re seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Engineering team.

- Lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver a world-class product
- Continually improve the way the engineering team works by emphasizing incremental, high quality work, close connections with internal and external customers, reliable and tested solutions, and responsive results
- Collaborate with product and design to ensure an excellent product experience
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on projects and improvements within engineering
- Ensure high quality technical decision-making within the organization, balancing responsiveness and short-term speed with pragmatic, thoughtful investments in high leverage improvements
- Mentor and guide engineering managers to build high-performing teams. Provide feedback, hire, onboard, and manage team performance
- Oversee the engineering process, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our tech stack
- Model an inclusive, learning culture of continuous improvement

- You have 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
- You have a deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices

What you’ll get:
- A compensation package that includes a base salary ($200K - $280K) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
