About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Sr. Associate to play a pivotal role in helping the marketing team operate more effectively and efficiently at a key moment in our startup’s growth trajectory. As we lay the foundation for scale, this role is critical to ensuring that our marketing operations can grow seamlessly while remaining streamlined and data-driven. The Marketing Operations Specialist will enhance collaboration across teams, improve processes, and leverage software tools to drive efficiency, organization, and performance tracking. By establishing scalable workflows and clear communication channels, this role will empower the marketing team to focus on delivering impactful campaigns and achieving ambitious goals.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Facilitate clear communication across the marketing team, other departments, and external partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives and priorities.
  • Track and report on team performance, analyzing progress toward internal objectives and organizational KPIs and OKRs, and providing actionable insights to marketing leadership.
  • Lead project management efforts for select internal initiatives, keeping projects on track, focused, and aligned with broader team goals.
  • Develop and maintain a central repository for process documentation and cross-team communication by expanding the use of tools like Notion. Create, organize, and manage detailed guides, workflows, and reference materials.
  • Streamline digital marketing efforts by implementing and managing a creative library and asset tracking process in collaboration with brand and performance marketing teams.
  • Enhance team efficiency by partnering with IT to optimize the use of collaboration and productivity tools, proposing strategies for improved workflows and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure marketing efforts stay compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines by collaborating with the legal team to review, update, and document marketing processes, maintaining adherence to all relevant guidelines and securing necessary approvals.

  • You bring 4+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, project management, IT operations, or a related role, where you've excelled at managing processes, documentation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • You have proven expertise in using tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, or similar platforms, and you know how to optimize them to streamline workflows and improve documentation.
  • You’re passionate about processes and have a knack for developing efficient workflows and creating detailed, organized documentation, always with an eye on continuous improvement.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
  • You thrive on solving problems, taking a proactive approach to finding opportunities for greater efficiency, clarity, and collaboration.
  • You’re a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and you know how to work effectively across teams to build relationships and ensure alignment.

What you’ll get: 

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary $75,000 - $95,000 + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
