  • Lead cross-team communication. You’ll facilitate alignment between departments, serving as the go-to resource for questions about brand guidelines, visuals, and messaging.
  • Strengthen internal and external messaging. You’ll help ensure that all communications — from team emails to public campaigns — authentically represent the Campus brand.
  • Track and measure performance. You’ll assist in monitoring the success of brand initiatives, using data and insights to recommend improvements and refine strategies.

We’re excited about you because you…

  • Bring three to four years of relevant experience. You have experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or a related field. Experience managing creative projects is a plus.
  • Have strong communication skills. You’re a clear and effective communicator who can collaborate across teams to build alignment and ensure brand consistency.
  • Are organized and detail-oriented. You excel at managing multiple projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and aligned with overall goals.
  • Are passionate about branding. You understand the importance of brand values and aesthetics and are excited to help integrate them into every corner of the organization.
  • Have an eye for creative work. You’re comfortable working on creative projects and can provide thoughtful feedback on visuals, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re adaptable, proactive, and excited to work in a startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

What you’ll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($75,000 - $95,000) + equity grant
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
  • Medical Insurance + free Dental and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) match
  • “Take what you need” PTO + several paid holidays
  • In-office lunches for our NY Office (did we mention, we’re dog friendly? 🐶)
  • Flexible working hours & a hybrid work schedule (Mon & Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in-office)
  • Social events - happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, & more
  • Opportunity to make an impact – you’ll be an integral player in bringing our vision to life

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
