Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Curriculum Manager to support the development, enhancement, and assessment of curricula across multiple academic programs. This role will collaborate closely with Program Directors and faculty to help ensure that curricula align with learning outcomes, industry standards, and accreditation requirements. The Curriculum Manager will assist in coordinating curriculum design and review processes, track student and faculty feedback, and support reporting on course and program outcomes. They will also work with internal teams to help optimize programs for transferability and ongoing relevance. This position plays an important role in supporting continuous improvement in curriculum design and instructional practices, while contributing to compliance with institutional and external reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development and Review

Support the design, development, and review of programs and curricula to ensure alignment with established learning outcomes, industry standards, and best practices in higher education.

Collaborate with faculty and Program Directors to assist with curriculum updates that maintain academic rigor and relevance to the job market.

Contribute to the integration of emerging trends and technologies into the curriculum in collaboration with faculty and academic leadership.
Assessment Coordination and Support

Assist in the development and coordination of program and course assessment strategies that align with learning outcomes and industry expectations.

Collect and compile data on student learning outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Help implement assessment tools and protocols in collaboration with Program Directors and faculty.

Coordinate logistics for conducting Program and Course Assessments.
Instructional Implementation and Technology Support

Support the implementation and ongoing use of Campuswire across academic programs by coordinating training sessions and troubleshooting faculty needs.

Assist in monitoring student performance data on the platform to support instructional improvements.

Help faculty explore and adopt instructional technologies that enhance teaching and student engagement.
Transfer Services and Curriculum Optimization

Collaborate with the transfer services team to help align curricula with transfer and articulation goals.

Assist in gathering and maintaining documentation that supports transferability and articulation agreements.
Accreditation and Reporting Assistance

Support compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements related to curriculum and assessment.

Contribute to the collection and organization of data needed for internal and external reporting on student outcomes.

Stay informed about accreditation-related updates and share relevant information with faculty and staff as needed.
Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate with faculty, Program Directors, and academic support teams to ensure alignment between curriculum efforts and institutional goals.

Provide timely updates and documentation to relevant stakeholders and contribute to collaborative curriculum projects.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and higher education assessment.
- Proven track record of developing and enhancing academic programs and ensuring accreditation compliance.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and technology-driven instructional models is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment strategies, and learning outcomes alignment.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use student performance metrics to drive curriculum improvements.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and transfer services in higher education.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and instructional design software.
