We are currently seeking a Talent Management Intern to work out of one of our offices on the East Coast. This position offers the unique opportunity to work directly with a wide variety of Talent professionals at the firm. We are flexible in scheduling but prefer at least a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Program duration: January 20, 2025- August 31, 2025
How You'll Spend Your Time: Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Working with the coaching team with implementing strategic initiatives, including research, process improvement support and assisting in the creation of presentations, training and other deliverables.
- Assisting the learning and development team with planning and hosting virtual and on-site training events, maintaining continuing education compliance data in our learning management system and addressing team member questions and concerns related to training
- Supporting the Firm's Employee of Choice initiatives surrounding Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, liaising with the Firm's Team Member Resource Groups to ensure alignment with the Firm's I&D strategic framework
- Collaborating with the Campus and Experienced hire recruiting teams in creating and publishing marketing and social media campaigns
- Assisting with the creation of presentations and coordination of events
- Working on special projects
- Tracking information utilizing various talent software applications and Microsoft Excel
- Performing various administrative functions as needed
To be considered for this position, you should:
- Hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in a proactive manner
- Be highly organized, detail oriented and possess strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are a must
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidential information
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with digital design is helpful
- Availability to be in any of our Northeast, DC or Orlando offices as needed
For positions in New York City and Washington, the compensation for this position ranges from $20-23 per hour. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
