
Regional Sales Representative, Midwest
OVERVIEW

Regional Sales Representative for the Midwest region including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Illinois. Responsible for all duties listed and summarized below. This position will maintain and develop new relationships with flooring showrooms to promote Cancos products and win floor or wall space within these showrooms to display our tile.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Win placements of company provided display systems into customer showrooms.
- Ensure full placement of all allocated to your territory. Placements must be communicated.
- Maintain existing relationships with flooring showrooms frequent physical stop ins to discuss product and opportunities as well as new display offerings.
- Work with management to Identify new customer targets, ensure that they can facilitate Cancos displays and target the proper high-end Clientele.
- Responsible for maintaining the appearance, quality, and positioning of displays within a customer’s showroom.
- Regularly conduct product informational updates, educating our customers about Cancos product lines and the benefits of our products.
- Discontinued and non-preforming displays should be removed to try new or existing products.
- Required to actively log visits within the assigned territory, and new customers opened and communicate with management.
- The placement of displays must be tracked and monitored for every customer that receives one. This is the responsibility of the salesperson; Customer service will assist in logging into the system.
- In general displays are delivered to the customer by the Sales Representatives with their work vehicle. The Sales Representatives are also responsible for the installation of the display. (Display construction is simple and does not require specific skill)
Basic Qualifications:
- Daily Driving to client and vendor sites
- Prior sales experience 3+ years
- Must be able to lift to 70 pounds consistently.
- Maintain Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Access to a personal vehicle to travel to sites.
