SAP Analyst – Warehouse and Assembly Operations

We’re looking for an SAP Analyst with expertise in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM) to join our global team.

In this role, you’ll be our go-to expert on all things MM, PP, and WM, partnering closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into smart, scalable SAP solutions. You’ll be involved in everything from gathering requirements and solution design to configuration, testing, training and process documentation.

This position plays a key role in supporting our European operations while also contributing to global projects and production support. You’ll work hand-in-hand with global SAP team members and our offshore support team to drive continuous improvement and keep things running smoothly, especially within our factory and warehouse operations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • As part of the global SAP team, collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive business benefits from the implemented SAP solutions, including: 
    • Provide day-to-day business support to local region(s) and global as needed  
    • Work with end users to capture requirements, provide training and support testing of business processes 
    • Provide guidance with user authorization and coordinate any changes with the SAP security team 
    • Capture reporting needs and work with SAP global team to develop and deliver them  
    • Consult with SAP global team and update any local configuration, unit testing, co-coordinate with UAT as needed 
  • Work with the Business Process Owners and SAP team members to define and design functional business processes, write business requirements, functionals specification and maintain them on an ongoing basis. Work with development leads to ensure thorough unit testing and with the users for thorough User acceptance testing
  • Work with local and global teams to support connected business applications (B2B, B2C, 3PL, MES etc) and provide troubleshooting as needed 
  • Experience managing distributed organizations dealing with resources from different time zones 
  • Experience managing SAP solutions, configurations and end-to-end business processes  
  • Understanding relevant business operational KPI’s and working with the business stakeholders to influence business outcomes positively 
  • Ability to drive designs that balances business efficiencies, system performance, security and compliance  
  • As part of SAP global team, provide support on global initiative ensuring local requirements are covered  
  • Work closely with SAP Global team on day-to-day basis 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of organization is necessary; must be able to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing 
  • Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture 
  • Contribute to the company's success by leading and assisting in other projects and tasks assigned 
  • Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function 
  • Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration is required  
  • 7+ years of SAP ERP experience in support, implementation, or consulting 
  • Experience in other SAP business processes (Finance, Quality Management, Sales and Distribution, Demand and Supply Planning) is a plus 
  • Experienced in manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Experienced in working with global teams
  • Experience leading multiple global projects is a plus  
  • Thorough understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and configuration methods 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in the bike industry is a big plus 
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA will be a plus 
  • Multiple full SAP end-to-end lifecycle implementation experience
