About the Role: 

We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled hands-on Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead the charge across our global infrastructure operations. This high impact role is critical in driving the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki networking, and compliance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure & Technology Services, you’ll lead a distributed team, shape the IT roadmap, and bring best-in-class practices to endpoint management through tools like Microsoft Autopilot and Intune. How You'll Make an Impact:

Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
    • Define and execute a multi-year IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business strategy, security requirements, and digital transformation goals.
    • Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

    • Architect and manage hybrid environments with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, identity, networking, and security).
    • Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
    • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure services.

Networking & Connectivity

    • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN, wireless, switching, and security appliances).
    • Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across all global locations.
    • Collaborate with security teams to enforce network segmentation, firewall policies, and secure remote access.

Modern Device Management

    • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management using Microsoft Autopilot for provisioning and Microsoft Intune for policy enforcement, compliance, and remote management.
    • Ensure secure, consistent, and scalable device deployment and configuration across the organization.

Security and Compliance

    • Partner with cybersecurity and legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
    • Incident response planning.
    • Business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
    • Access control, encryption, and secure communications.
    • Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Financial & Project Management

    • Assist in developing and managing the IT infrastructure budget, including forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations.
    • Lead infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing distributed teams.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Proven experience with Cisco Meraki networking technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for modern device management.
  • Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta and Entra
  • Understanding of IT compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in building IT roadmaps and managing infrastructure budgets.
  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
