Come Ride With Us as Cannondale's Senior Manager, Global HRBP. You’ve led HR teams through complexity and change across cultures, time zones, and business functions, and you understand that great strategy only works when it’s grounded in trust, clarity, and people-first leadership. You'll elevate our People team by connecting global priorities with local needs. You don’t just advise leaders; you help them think differently about talent. You’ve turned data into action, built teams that scale, and brought consistency while honoring what makes each region unique. Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based in our Europe HQ in Woudenberg, Netherlands.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Strategic Partnership:

· Partner closely with business leaders to embed people strategies into broader business plans, using talent insights and workforce data to shape tangible outcomes

· Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness

· Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Internal Communications in various areas (employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies and processes, etc.)

· Engages regularly with senior leaders and is ready to represent the People function in key business forums and leadership discussions

Talent Development:

· Contribute to the design of global people programs—including leadership and talent development, engagement, and DEI—by ensuring regional insights and workforce needs are reflected in enterprise-wide initiatives

· Lead succession planning process. Identify and address talent gaps, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to meet business objectives

People Management:

· Lead a team of multiple international HRBPs and indirectly oversee facilities/hospitality teams, providing clear guidance, opportunities to develop, and instilling trust within the group

· Drive consistency and efficiency in HR processes across different regions

· Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors, and culture

Employee Relations and Engagement:

· Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolutions, and promoting employee engagement

· Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention

Change Management:

· Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on managing change and ensuring smooth transitions

· Develop and implement change management strategies that support business transformation and growth

· Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement

· Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to innovate across HR tools, processes, and programs

· Contribute to the company's success by leading and assisting in other projects and tasks assigned

Compliance and Governance:

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

· Monitor and enforce ethical standards and practices within the organization.

· Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function

 

What You Bring to the Table:

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.

· Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders and driving HR initiatives on a global scale.

· Strong understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances, with special attention to the Netherlands

· Proven understanding of HR practices in US, Canada, UK, and other EU countries

· Fluent in Dutch and English

· Demonstrated experience using data to influence and inform decision-making

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to think strategically and execute effectively, while assessing risk

· Experience in managing change and driving organizational transformation
