Come Ride With Us as our Outside Account Manager for the Southern Iberia region of Spain. As our Outside Account Manager, you’re not just selling bikes, you’re shaping how Cannondale shows up in the market. You’ll take the lead in managing and growing relationships with both current and future dealers, owning the territory and striving towards ambitious sales targets.  With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of the rider experience, you’ll ensure every partner feels connected, supported, and set up to succeed with Cannondale.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Grow sales and deliver standout service to dealers in your territory
  • Grow our retail footprint by leading distribution efforts
  • Build a strong, agile dealer network to execute Cannondale’s commercial strategy
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen relationships and hit sales goals
  • Equip dealers with marketing tools and smart business guidance
  • Support timely collections and accounts receivable processes
  • Share market insights and product feedback with the Product team
  • Represent Cannondale at dealer events, trade shows, and demos
  • Stay sharp through sales trainings, seminars, and continuous learning
  • Report into the Regional Sales Leader
  • Be a key player in our Southern Europe commercial sales team to share ideas, swap stories, get better together
  • Bring the Cannondale vibe: positive, collaborative, and ready to roll
  • Work on projects that move us forward together

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A professional background in sales, business, or a related field. Experience in cycling, sports, or outdoor is a big plus
  • A strong local network and a track record of driving commercial success
  • 4–6 years in a similar role. You know how to hit goals and deliver on time
  • Naturally collaborative, with sharp communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and ready to travel across the region
  • Fluent in Spanish and confident in English, written and spoken
  • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to be where the action is
